OpenIt4Africa announced the participation of Coders4Africa (hereafter C4A) in its next event scheduled for the 15th, 16th and 17th June in Montreal Canada. Three of C4A’s co-founders: Kwame Andah, Ali Kone and Vincent Muller will be on site for the event to present and discuss the development of new technologies in East and West Africa.

The coders4africa mobile boot camp Kenyan chapter took place on April 28th 2012 at Strathmore University at the Longonot Lab in phase. The event started at 8:30am with an opening speech from Amadou Daffe the Coders4Africa CEO. Samuel Kathungu started off with an introduction to Android. He talked about the evolution of Android Framework its origin and its future in the mobile programming market.
