It is said that the primary difference between a programmer right out of college and one with five years' experience is the ability to debug programs. Lug is a Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology community group that aims to educate the J.K.U.A.T. community about technology with an emphasis on the opensource community. Due to the constraints of opensource technologies, this led us to create Lug Kenya. Lug is a registered youth faction under the minister of gender and youth amid a policy to use local expertise and resources to build a network of ICT hubs in all counties in Kenya. The faction lays tremendous prominence in training of ICT skill to the youth, women’s groups and correction centers as it extend capacity building. At Lug we deem to encompass the ability to make what already exist better to satisfy the growing need and demand for technological know-how within the country and build our own future.

KuzaBiz is a web application with a mobile interface that allows SMEs to record their business transactions that is, goods sold and their prices, their expenses and thus track both their sales and calculate their profits.
