He has extensive experience in various sectors: Biometrics, e-commerce and develop in technologies such as: Microsoft. NET, JAVA, N-tier architecture, UML, open source technologies. He started developing in ANDROID 2009.

Mamadou Ngor Diouf

Graduated in 2006 with a MS in Distributed Information Systems from the University Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) in Dakar, Senegal. Also holds a MS in Physics & Chemistry. Mamadou has 4+ years experience in systems development and advanced knowledge in Database Administration with Oracle, Postgres and Mysql.

He Uses the following technology: Java, PHP, Hibernate, spring, UML and Open source platforms. He is currently the Chief Project engineer at a local Senegalese outsourcing company.

He is the current Trainer &Technical Manager for Coder4Africa Senegal.

Born in Senegal Cire grew up in 5 different countries and is perfectly multilingual (French, English, Wolof). He holds a Masters Degree in Management and is specialized in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Strategy, He has worked for a Project Management Consulting firm before joining Junior Achievement Senegal where he is currently the Program Coordinator.

He is the current Communication & Strategic Partnership Manager for Coder4Africa Senegal.
